Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and account access

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use Reply(x). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate onboarding and profile information and to keep that information updated when required for service functionality.

2. Service scope

Reply(x) provides workflow tools for discovery, filtering, and generation of reply suggestions for X. Reply(x) is a semi-automation product. Final publishing decisions remain fully under user control.

We may add, remove, or modify product features to improve reliability, safety, and usability.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reply(x) for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful behavior, including spam, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized scraping, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.

You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with X platform rules and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. User content and responsibility

You retain ownership of content you create or publish using Reply(x). You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your published replies.

By using the service, you grant Reply(x) a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content only to deliver core functionality, support, and product improvements.

5. Intellectual property

The Reply(x) platform, brand assets, software, and service materials are owned by Reply(x) or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly allowed by law.

6. Payments and billing

If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing cycle, and plan details will be presented before purchase. You authorize applicable charges for selected plans. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Termination and suspension

You may stop using Reply(x) at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms were violated, platform safety is at risk, or legal obligations require action.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Reply(x) is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific growth outcomes, or compatibility with all third-party systems at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reply(x) and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reply(x) from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. Updated terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
